2. Products
The Crystal Jungle sells natural crystals and related items.
Due to the natural origin of crystals, each piece is unique and may vary in:
- color
- shape
- inclusions
- texture
Minor variations, natural marks or inclusions are not considered defects.
Product photos are taken to represent the item as accurately as possible, but slight color differences may occur due to screen settings.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT (21%), unless stated otherwise.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
The Crystal Jungle reserves the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed.
4. Orders
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
The Crystal Jungle reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases such as:
- suspected fraud
- incorrect pricing due to technical errors
- product unavailability
If an order cannot be fulfilled, the customer will receive a full refund.
5. Payment
Payments are securely processed via WooPayments and its associated payment providers.
Available payment methods may include:
- iDEAL

- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- other WooPayments supported methods
Payment must be completed before an order is shipped.
6. Shipping
Orders are shipped from The Netherlands.
Shipping is handled by:
- PostNL
- DHL
Processing time is typically 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated.
Delivery times depend on the destination and the shipping carrier.
The Crystal Jungle is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures.
7. International orders
Customers outside the Netherlands may be responsible for:
- import duties
- customs fees
- local taxes
These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, without giving a reason.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
